is in reference to our conversation over the phone today January 25, 2016.  When I spoke with you I had just gotten off the phone with Ms. Conner, she assured me that once she heard from the Revdex.com that I have contacted the Revdex.com and I'm in agreement with a refund of hundred and Seventy-five ($175.00) I would received that amount. Made known that she had received an e-mail from the Revdex.com Friday 01-22-2016 in reference to the e-mail that I had e-mailed the Revdex.com.Thank You, [redacted]

On 05/18/2016 at roughly 3:30PM this client's alternate contact, [redacted] called and discussed the account.  All issues have been discussed and resolved.

This company refuses to furnish ANYTHING in writing that states that they issued a refund and there are NO monies owed. If Prescription Hope would furnish documentation that the account has a zero balance this issue could be finalized. I do not understand the difficulty in getting this confirmation from them.
