Revdex.com:
Here is a copy of the email I sent to Revdex.com earlier in case it did not make it into my file yet.The number of my complaint is [redacted], filed 8/17/2014. I would...
like to submit the message I just received from the person/company I was filing against. I would like it to go into their file. Is that possible? I would also like to rebut the information below....”I’m disappointed after all the effort I made to support you.” They didn’t return phone calls, but [redacted] did take a couple of text messages from me and give me a website to go to to try to fix it on my own. Hardly could be considered “effort” and definitely not “all the effort”, as he stated “you are on your own” at that time also. I was never billed for any time that they gave me, so how can they bill me retroactively just because I filed a complaint? My concern now is that I have started to receive viruses and Trojans on my computer as if they are trying to get even. They still have all my hard drive backed up into their files, which includes all my passwords and private banking, personal, etc information. I will be calling Norton Securities tomorrow to beef up my security, but this below is a little too much to receive from professional men. Kind Regards,

Subject: Revdex.com Complaint
[redacted]
I received notification from the Revdex.com about the complaint you filed with them. We told the Revdex.com that we don't disclose customer information with third-parties, which ends their involvement. We're not a paying Revdex.com member, and don't use their services.
I'm disappointed after all the effort I made to support you. No matter, here's what's going to happen now:
We're not going to support you anymore, and we're done with you.
If you call us, that's harassment, and we'll call the cops.
If you come to the shop, it's trespass and we'll call the cops.
If you e-mail us, we'll file a complaint with your ISP.
We're not going to arbitrate with the Revdex.com.
If you try to waste more of our time with small claims court, we'll counter-claim with billable-hours for all the support we've done for you (e-mail, text messages, etc.) that you have not paid for.
