We strive for every customer to have a positive experience with Prepaid USA and make certain that they are handled in a professional manner while being highly satisfied with our productThis customer was contacted by a member of our operations
team on July 2nd and offered a replacement card to the address she providedThe customer responded with a home address and thanked us for the communicationWe then provided the client with details on shipment of the replacement card on July 6thWhen the customer was asked "We strive for every customer to have a positive experience with us, would you say you have been assisted with excellence service today?" The customer responded with "Yes, thank you S***." Prepaid USA considers this case resolved as of July 2nd, The customer is aware that their replacement card is on it's way and has stated they were satisfied with the response and service provided

The customer had contacted us 2 days priors to the cards expiration, which is clearly indicated on the front of all cards ordered.
Customer could have contacted us at anytime prior to card expiration and we would have allowed an option to return any cards for a refund equal to the balance of the returned cards at the time of receipt of customers returned cards.
We certainly appreciate that under certain circumstances the customer may have forgotten to use the cards in question. In an effort to assist this customer, we are prepared to issued a refund in the amount of $350.00 for service charges that may have occurred on customers prepaid cards.
