Revdex.com: Although the information premium waters has provided is inaccurate, I am fine to with this outcomeI would just like to state that they never once attempted to pick up the water cooler from my house without contacting meWhen I called and questioned my bill, I was told that somebody was at my house on April 4th,I was never told someone would be coming to pick up the water coolerAlso, this was over months after I cancelled my services with themI then asked when my cancellation date was and why they did not come to pick it up then, and I was told "that is irrelevant"They obviously have a lot off issues within the business and I hope they can learn from this that they need to get their stuff togetherI've reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
