Premium Waters Inc

Customer complained about a charge of $on her account. We tried a minimum of times to pick up her water cooler that she was renting from Premium Waters, Inc. with no success. The cooler was never outside when our route driver showed up to pick up the cooler. We asked
the customer to return the cooler or she would be charge for the cost of the cooler. At this time a complaint was made into the Revdex.com which I received the letter on 7/6/17. When I pulled up the account to review I noticed she has returned the cooler on 7/5/and we adjusted off the balance on her account to $0.00. The matter should be resolved

Although the information premium waters has provided is inaccurate, I am fine to with this outcome. I would just like to state that they never once attempted to pick up the water cooler from my house without contacting me. When I called and questioned my bill, I was told that somebody was at my house on April 4th,2017. I was never told someone would be coming to pick up the water cooler. Also, this was over 4 months after I cancelled my services with them. I then asked when my cancellation date was and why they did not come to pick it up then, and I was told "that is irrelevant". They obviously have a lot off issues within the business and I hope they can learn from this that they need to get their stuff together. I've reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
