Review: The reason I chose advertising and not repair as the complaint is because it is not the repair companies fault. And I do not want them to be held accountable. Let me start by explaining the first time we used the warranty on our washer, the repair company destroyed our floors because he forgot to put the washer back together properly and flooded our home. Our washer was on the 2nd floor. Since your company did nothing we had to go through and try to sue them to get the money back but they went into bankruptcy soon after. Since then I am extremely picky about who is fixing my appliances, rightfully so. We use a [redacted], great company. They recently came out to check my dryer and it has serious problems, he did not speculate as to if you would repair or replace it, but obviously it was that bad , that it could go either way. He said he would submit it to the warranty company and see what they say. So I called the next day to see how long a decision would take. 3-5 days. Of course. So I was already irritated because he said if I Kept using it , it could damage it more. So I called 4-5 days later to see what they said. Well instead of replacing it, which my guess it would be faster, it will be now another 3-5 days to get the parts. because of course it is being repaired instead.. I think the amount of time it is taking to take care of this is ridiculous, and again this is with you. not the repair company. With 2 very young kids and 2 adults, having dryer limitations is not helpful. The way this is advertised is that they will repair or replace right away, blah blah blah. Limited inconvenience. I know now not to purchase a warranty from HH gregg. And if you cover food from a refrigerator that has broken, well you should cover my laundromat costs from having to take my laundry there.Desired Settlement: Replace the dryer ASAP
