Review: Technician showed up late twice (outside of given time window). Replaced cartridge for kitchen faucet, but failed to fix the leak. Did not return multiple phone calls asking them to come back for follow-up. Last phone messag, I requested to speak to a manager about the issue since payment was already made and a refund was not possible. Also did not return phone call.
