I wrote an honest review on *** about my negative experience at the "nail spa", one of their employees said I had "made up the story" as well as claimed I had an attitude towards her and had a bad dayWhen I called to resolve the slanderous matter, the owner said it was not her problem, it was her employee and none of her business, and proceeded hang up on me two times
I did not want to be rude, even though I felt as though the work was substandard, I still ripped out of courtesy
When other companies receive negative reviews, their responses are to ask "what can I do" and apologize, whereas Premium Nail Spa's actions have been proven to be slanderous
The employee has slandered my name for writing about an honest experience
