Mr. [redacted] came in on 02/28/2016 to look at a Subaru we had for sale and he had his friend test drive the car and look it over for them while both of them where here. Mr. [redacted] said the car checked out good and wanted to make the purchase but he has forgotten his checkbook at home in...
Frankfort Kentucky so he wanted the car and we said that we can leave a deposit on the car, Our Office has three signs and it says deposits are not refundable and dealer will hold car up to seven days. So we made a $50.00 deposit and he called in the next day and said that his friènd could not drive him from Lexington to the car lot so we said that's not a problem we can come and pick you up he said then that he did not want the buy that car. We had 3 people that wanted to buy the car and I could not sell it because MR. [redacted] left a deposit on it. His Lawyer send us a letter and we have called them and talked to the lawyer which did not want to talk on on the phone and was very rude. So we have decided to return the $50.00 to Mr. [redacted] even though we could of sold the car the same day to three different people. you, our mechanic did check the brake pads and at the time it did not need any brake pads and he did not see any signs of any oil leaks. We gave you a warranty with a third party company just incase something happens so you got some kind of protection because you have singed the VEHICLE 'AS IS ' WITH PREMING MOTORS SALES. I called the warranty company to see why the valve cover gasket was not covered and they said that is normal wear and tear, and I have spoke with you and said that we have only made $100 profit on that car and that I could not do anything else to help you with that.
