methodology before signing and sending thework authorization via email or traditional mailThis alleviates any appearance of "pressure" and allows thecustomer to make an informed decisionMr*** signed and returned the form within seven (7) days.I never indicated verbally, or in writing, that a "crew'" would be sent or that it would take half a day to completethe workAs he states himself, this is what he "assumed"The "kid" he refers to is a year old supervisorwith years of experience in mold remediation.Mr*** was encouraged to seek out a service that would remove the contamination from his hundreds ofbooks before incurring the expense of treating his book shelves; he opted not to do that - by his own admission.I spent several hours treating those shelves, at no cost, in a futile attempt to make him happy.Ultimately, Mr*** was given a reduction invoice (copy enclosed) from the original quote of $1,plustax to $ plus taxAdditionally, as mentioned, he received several hours of service treating his bookshelves at no cost.Very importantly, Mr*** signed off that the services were completed to his satisfaction, dated August (see enclosed)believe I have done all I'm willing to do for Mr***Because of the extraordinary lengths we, at PremiumMaintenance, are willing to go to insure customer satisfaction, this is the first complaint we have ever received.I sincerely hope that the Revdex.com will lake this response with the supporting documentation intoconsideration and not post Mr*** meritless complaint.Sincerely,Art S*Owner, Premium Maintenance Corporation
