My experience with this company was awful! During the installation of the granite they badly damaged one of my cabinetsThey agreed to fix it but after a year of excuses they told me to get it fixed and they would pay for itI had the cabinets repaired by the original cabinet supplier but PGW refused to pay for it all, They only paid me half of the invoice saying it was too highI actually had to sue them in Small Claims Court at my expense to get them to own up They finally did but it was ridiculous to have to go to that length in order to satisfy a very legitimate complaint

Such a beautiful jobPremium Granite Works has now done kitchens for us and for our sonWe also just had a get together and sent other people that were tossing the idea of a Reno around To BillThey were blown away by the quality of work and the great priceLove it and would refer Premium Granite to anyone looking for a great renovation experience

I had selected Premium Granite Works to do my countertops [redacted] In view of my husband's recent death I asked for my deposit backThey say they they have already ordered in the material but the formal measurements were not to be done until early MAYNext monthApparently I won't get my $deposit back unless they can sell what they ordered inCompasion does not exist hereI will make sure anyone considering Premium Granite Works knows my story
