I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
The Bureau of Automotive Repair came out and looked at the back window and could not find a problem. The customer asked for $110 in his complaint to the Bureau of Automotive Repair. So I refunded the $110 to the customer even though there was nothing wrong with the back window.
Review: I brought my vehicle in to have tint installed. After the installation was complete I drove home and noticed three of the five windows had margins on the edges where you could see the glass instead of the tint. Also the rear window had three large imperfections in the tint. I called and they had me schedule a second appointment. I arrived for the second appointment and they corrected the three windows but neglected to correct the imperfections in the rear window. I called and they had me schedule a third appointment. I arrived for the third appointment and the owner, "[redacted]" was unable to correct the imperfections in the rear window because the sun was not out and suggested I make a forth appointment. With the roundtrip distance being 35-40 miles I told him I would not be scheduling a forth appointment and simply wanted my money returned. He was willing to refund my money but I would need to schedule a forth appointment for him to tear out the tint. When I asked if I needed to take him to court he replied "Yes, I'll see you there".Desired Settlement: I would like the $225.00 paid to be refunded.
