Hello , we would like to formally respond to the complaint made against us by Mr. [redacted] came in to our store and demanded that we replace a device that he claimed was defective and not working. The sales associate was happy to oblige and asked Mr. [redacted] if he had the...

sales receipt showing that he bought the device from us and also to check the date on the receipt as we warranty all electronics for a 30 day period.  Because of the nature of our business we can not sell used merchandise and clearly printed on all sales receipts it states "All sales are final" but we will warranty all electronics for a 30 day period against any manufacturer's defect. Also without a sales receipt we can't be sure that Mr. [redacted] even bought the device from us in the first place as there are about 6 other stores within a 20 mile radius that sell the exact same device. All of us at Premium E-Cigs Inc. take great pride in our customer service and we know thats what separates us from the rest of our competitors but in the case of Mr. [redacted] there just wasn't anything we could do without the receipt and we tried to explain that to him and be as sympathetic as possible to his situation but we also have to protect ourselves from fraudulent claims as that is something we had a problem with in the past. For what it's worth Mr. [redacted] had even reached out to us via a private message on our company's [redacted] page and he apologized for his behavior. I still have that private message saved and I would be happy to share that with you and the Revdex.com. Please give me a call on Monday  and we can talk some more about this situation.
