Premium Duct Cleaners

We were hired by the owner of the home to clean the air ducts at [redacted] ***. Because [redacted] (the complaining customer) was having headaches and telling the landlord to have the air ducts cleaned or she isn't going to pay rent. After the cleaning, [redacted] and the owner... were extremely happy with our work and wrote an excellent review. A month later, [redacted] called me saying she wanted the air ducts cleaned again. I called the owner and she said not to go there again because they are having difficulties with [redacted] paying rent and the owner does not want us there again. I did offer to redo the duct system but, again, was told not to redo the system because of the difficulties [redacted] is causing the owner. ***, has had the complaining issues prior to the air duct cleaning. We are not responsible for her asthma or any other medical related issues. We have an excellent rating all over the internet and we always make our customers happy. Apparently, the issues the owner of the home is having with [redacted] is bleeding over to us and we are not responsible for their issues.
