The owner has sent the dress to be analyzed to see what the cause of the spots are and if they are from our serviceWe have been in contact with the consumer and she is aware

Customer picked up coat on 11/16/at 6:30pmI, [redacted] , contacted the customer today (11/20/17) after receiving the written notice in the mail to make sure our records were correct and that she did actually pick up the repaired coatThe customer was originally misinformed about repair times by a new employee and we rectified the situation as soon as we couldWe apologized for the inconvenience and wrong information given

The shirt had been delayed from the commitment date due to a stain. Once we recognized the urgency of the need for the shirt, we expedited the cleaning process and had it ready for the next day. He was not charged for the cleaning service of the shirt due to the delay. I have also
called Mr*** and left a voice message for him to return my call
