My desired outcome is that the dealership agree to give me an honest & accurate expected timeframe for repairs and, if this expectation changes, that they notify me. Additionally, I want to be able to speak to a supervisor in the future should I ask for one.

[redacted] the owner of the company, has been in communication with the customer via email.  my understanding is the customer is deaf and this has been an obstacle in our communication process.Respectfully,[redacted]
