Design was great, execution lousy. Non-communicative/ non-responsive to texts and phone calls to subcontractors AND client resulting added expenses and subs walking off the job! A promised 6 day job turned into one full month. Michael made it right in the end, but it was really rough.

Michael designed a good plan, but his sub contractors did not know the plans, his subcontractors would come to me asking me where he was so they could get paid. Never finished the project completely. Took longer than was promised. And very expensive for what I got. I now have to go back and fix what they didn't do because he never communicated what was supposed to be done. Stay away
