This is in response to the complaint filed on 8/19/by my customer *** ***I had a new office manager taking calls at this timeShe made me aware of the issue *** had with the fountainAfter seeing the pictures he sent I noticed that the fountain had been drained and was completely dry
This I told my office manager to let the customer know is that the fountain is sealed with plaster and plaster warranties are void if the pool/fountain is not kept full of waterAlso the customer was out of warranty because he was past yearsI told my office manager at the time to let the customer know I can help him out and get the crack resolved and that the company who plastered the fountain was Custom Pool Plastering As far as I knew it was resolved until I received the Revdex.com complaintThis office manager I had several problems with and no longer works herePrior to leaving on 7/18/she deleted all my emails so I have no record.
As soon as I received the complaint after returning from vacation I called and left a message with my customer *** *** on 8/29/I never received a response from this call.
