I sent the notary a w-9 so we can send out another ck. Once received, wew will issue a new ck. I will put a stop payment on ck number 027341 and issue a new ck once the w-9 is received. Thank you [redacted]

Our office sent the payment out already. Ms Weatherbee did not receieve the cks. Our office has resent the checks.
