Is on schedule for tomorrow morning to check out his wiper issue

I recently hired Premiere auto glass LLC to replace my windshield and they did so, but the next morning I saw a crack in the windshield and called to inform of the situation. It was installed on 3-23-15. When I spoke to Scott F[redacted] (owner) he told me that he would come and take a look and he did on 3-27-15, they stated that it cracked due to installation and that they would be back on Saturday 3-28-15 to replace it. Scott called me on Saturday and told me that the glass did not come in and that he would replace it on Monday at 4:45pm. He did not show up on Monday, did not call, and will not answer or return any of my calls and it is now 4-1-15. Doing some research that I should have done in the first place I realize that this may be common for him, and then I saw on the Revdex.com.com this: ! THERE IS AN ALERT ON PREMIERE AUTO GLASS, LLC ! This company still continues to use the Revdex.com logo on their customer invoices. Call someone else even if it costs a bit more and do some research, I made a huge mistake giving money to the small business guy.
I just want what I paid for.
