Review: Dear Sir/Madam,
On April12, 2014 I sent a cashier's check in the amount of $1,497.00 (see Attachment 1) via Federal
Express (see Attachment 2) to [redacted]l:
[redacted] to join a marketing program called Premier Wealth Systems.
The promotional materials and advertisements for the PWS marketing system promised six bonuses
upon joining the program. Upon joining I did not receive three of the bonuses. I requested that [redacted] refund my money. After three weeks and countless emails I finally received the remaining items
as promised in the ads. However, to get two of the items, additional monies were required to obtain
these.
This was not stated in the promotional materials or advertisements for the PWS system. Again, I requested -as
I had on several previous occasions- that my $1,497.0 be refunded. As of this date, [redacted] has not refunded
my money as I have requested.
I have all of the documentation and em ails to support my position and will be happy to share it with you
when and if requested to do so. I am requesting the assistance of your office to obtain my refund of
$1,497.00 from [redacted] Please instruct me as to the procedure to file a complaint and/or open an
investigation into the business practices of [redacted]
