Premier Water Systems

AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I have been waiting for over a month to receive the correct part for the water softener that I bought from Premier Water Systems which is also knows as Oceanic Water Systems. This business has been avoiding me and not returning my texts or calls. They sold me a broken and second hand unit that does not work. They provided no help and have no knowledge of the systems that they sell.

I called them with my issue and the first thing they tell me is to call Pentair. Pentair tells me that I have the incorrect injector in my system and to contact Premier Water System for the replacement. I call them and the owner Noni or Dylan as he goes by says that he will order it and hangs up the phone. That was over 4 weeks ago. I am now about 6 weeks without the use of the water softener that I paid almost $2,000 for.

Both the water softener and the 5 stage RO filter do not work properly. I did not even receive the correct amount of resin that was supposed to be in the tank and it was not pre filled like it said in the description. This business is run by scammers so please avoid going through what I went through. I will be reporting them to all places where they sell their items. A owner who so easily lies cannot be trusted at all.

Purchased a water softner on amazon sold by this company on 9-5-2017 it was under warranty for at least 4 years. Started to have problems with it in 9-2018 it quit softening the water.Called this company and told I was having problems been getting but the run around every since.Example in 9-26-2018 he sent me the address of the nelsen corporation in AZ I shipped the bad valve there and tracked it they got it on 10-12-18.I called AZ to see if they shipped me a new they didn't know what I was talking about. Then*** told me they shipped a new valve which I just found they never did.I paid over 600.00 dollars for the product.This guy keeps telling a different story every time I contact him. I called on 10-31 18 he told me a different story. I hope you can help me.
