Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] The reasons I have for rejecting this compliant is that there was no dirt left for me to moveThere was a mound of clay that [redacted] himself told me was practically impossible to move with a shovel aloneI was also told that I needed a mound of clay left around my tank so I'm unsure as to what dirt he is talking aboutI have attached images of the holes in my yardThey are ft across by feet deep, 1/by 1/ft across and 1/ft deep and ft across by 1/ft deepI'm amazed that these are not considered holes by ***He also failed the mention that in order to thaw our ground he used our electricity to thaw the ground for a few daysThat is something I let slide and I now wish I hadn'tHad he put in his bid the price for back fill we would have gotten our loan for that amountTo act as though it was okay to not properly inform us of the necessities after the fact is not acceptable All I have asked for is these holes to be filled inNothing more Regards, [redacted]
