US to UK 2022. Communication was poor and they bungled the coordination with the movers. When I complained about their poor communication they decided not to ship my goods after all, leaving me with the bill for the movers and my goods stuck in limbo. They had absolutely no interest in trying to resolve the conflict. Neena and Richard were hostile and condescending. I ended up having Rainier Overseas (out of Washington) broker the rest of the process of getting my goods to the UK. They did a phenomenal job. Communication was clear and prompt. Even with the original mismanagement of Premier Van Lines International, the total cost through Rainier Overseas ended up being about $1000 less than Premier Van Lines International wanted to charge me. I wish I had shopped around a bit more originally and just gone with Rainier Overseas in the beginning. If you are looking to move internationally, save yourself some hassle and give Neena and Richard a wide berth. I can whole-heartedly recommend Rainier Overseas.

I highly recommend this company! We were scheduled to move from New York to Puerto Rico in September 2017 (my husband and I and my mom, 2 different households) and we were using another company. Well because of Hurricane Maria we had to delay our move. We were told by this other company no worries when we were ready they would move us with a one week notice. Well when we were ready to move giving them a 3 week notice they started giving us a lot of excuses as to why they couldn't move us. Well needless to say we were stuck and upset. Like they say, "You get what you pay for!" I called Richard and Neena in hopes they could help us. (mind you it was very last minute) Richard told us let me see what we can do and I'll call you back. (It was December 24) Well within an hour he called us back and told us Merry Christmas and no problem he will be able to move us on December 26 and the 27. I couldn't believe it!! They assured us everything will be fine and we will take care of everything, and they did! Our whole move was wonderful! We received our things 2 months later which was fine, because the ports are over whelmed because of the recent events in Puerto Rico. The movers from New York and in Puerto Rico were all fantastic! We didn't have to do anything!! Look we paid more for them, but they were WORTH IT!! If you need real professional movers please go with them. They will be with you through the whole move from beginning to end...Thank-you so much Richard and Neena!!

Premier moved me to Australia from Buffalo in 2012 and back to NJ in 2014. Art was very available, dealt with all concerns and was a pleasure to deal with for both moves.
