From March 2nd through the March 5th The Arnold Classic comes to town every year During that time the demand for parking goes up, due to this demand so does the price for parking $is the cost of all of our parking lots during this time We adjust our price and cover any prices The woman called after being asked to pay the inflated amount by our staff member who had on a highly visible green vest at the time When the customer was asked to pay she then called our office to question it I verified that the young man was working for us and apologized that the price change had fallen off We later fixed that issue as soon as possible I can understand the frustration with parking during that time and I even offered to her solutions so she could very quickly solve her issue of needing to pick something up across from our lot We are sorry to have lost her as a customer but happy to help if she needs anything else

Good Morning,Who is
Miss ***? If Mr*** took the time to review the paperwork, he would know this is not my nameThis has been a nightmare from the very beginningFirst Ryan *** of Premier lied and said they did not damage my car, then they said they didHe has not responded to my insurance company and they have left him numerous messagesLook at how long it took for him to respond to thisNot to mention, my name is not even correctI have professionals working with me that have reviewed the video I took that night of my vehicle with the officer on there and the call log where I called Mr*** to have this resolvedAll I asked was for the damages and deductible be paid for my carI have had to come out of pocket for something that was not my faultNot to mention, the humiliation and embarrassment of the lies that were toldThis is going to be resolved and could have been much easier if he would take responsibility for what his company fid to my vehicleNow, it's going a step furtherHe never gave up his insurance informationI find that suspiciousI also found out this was not the first complaint about Mr*** not taking ownership for his faultsAccidents happen, no one is immune from thatBut lying, and trying to cover up because you do not want to be exposed is not how to conduct businessI have been out of a car, and money for weeksThis is not acceptableMy video and call logs def support my caseI am 1000% confident, that Mr*** will wish he just would have been honest, paid for all the damages and my deductibleNow, it's going to be more costly on his behalfHe has not handled this in a professional mannerBut I'm going too

prices. The woman called after being asked to pay the inflated amount by our staff member who had on a highly visible green vest at the time. When the customer was asked to pay she then called our office to question it. I verified that the young man was working for us and apologized that the price change had fallen off. We later fixed that issue as soon as possible. I can understand the frustration with parking during that time and I even offered to her solutions so she could very quickly solve her issue of needing to pick something up across from our lot. We are sorry to have lost her as a customer but happy to help if she needs anything else.
