the enrollment agreement, class would begin on November 14, 2016 and end on December 9, 2016 (see attached).   After the 2nd week of a 4 week program he came to the office wanting to quit. Due to the amount of time he was in class he was not due a refund. Normal policy is no refund however we did make an acceptation a refund him partial tuition of 995.00.           Sincerely, Premier
