Review: Ordered (10) "NEW" P2210 Dell monitors on ebay 9/25Payed 9/25 via paypalFound out after several phone calls that my monitors were sold to other customers.Received shipment of (10) REFURBISHED (not new like I originally ordered) monitors that were damaged by freight company 10/5/12. Premier won't issue a call tag or refund money for full freight costs to return monitors to them for credit. They want me to pay for freight to return incorrect monitors that were damaged by their freight company.Desired Settlement: Refund original $1300 paid 9/25 ($1280 + $20 to put monitors on skid)Refund my costs to return (freight + insurance) damaged monitors back to Premier. (cost would probably be $100-$125)
