customers. In talking with [redacted] he has decided that they do indeed want to keep the watch as his sister has really enjoyed having that product. The tablet is something they still do not want to keep and he will be returning the product next week to the store. The day the product is returned we will also by applying a credit to the account for any charges [redacted] has accumulated over the last couple months along with any pro-rated charges. The total credit for the tablet line is going to be $33.35. As part of [redacted] and his sisters inconvenience in the store I also will apply a credit for the activation fee that he has been charged for the watch. The credit for the activation fee will be $45. Total credit being applied to [redacted] account will be $78.35. [redacted] is very happy with the outcome and appreciates the fact that we are going above and beyond to credit the activation fee back for a product he is keeping.
