Dear Revdex.com, I am responding to a complaint made by a former client. I prepared a Federal and State Tax Return for the customer noted in the attached letter. Her allegations are
false. I prepared the tax return with no errors, mistakes or illegal activity, as she proclaims. The tax return was prepared before April 15, 2015, but the client never made an appointment to pick up the tax return until May 14, 2015, as signed on the IRS e-file signature authorization (attached). I have adequate means to get in touch with me, either by phone or email, all of which do work. Her allegations are and may preparation services were used and will not be refunded. I have been in business since and have a clientele that I am very proud of. This clients penalties and interest charged by the IRS, I am not responsible for. I do not prepare extensions unless I am asked to do so, this client never asked me to prepare one for her, so the penalties and interest are due payable to the IRS for failure to pay taxes by the due date.
