Review: July ** 2013 in Queens center mall I purchased a few items of skin care products from Premier Skin Care II mall counter . It was not until I got home that I realized I was completely shocked over the total of the purchase I placed on my credit card. I purchased one jar of Eye serum for $199.99, One Eye cream for $199.99, two Body Scrubs for $110.00, two Body butters for $110.00 for a total of $675.06. I am a 67 years old woman , retired and on a fixed income. I realize I had to return the products the next day. On July [redacted] , I returned with the products and I was told they offer 100% refund but only on a gift card for their products. I explained that I needed my purchase refunded. They refused to accept my returns. I started crying. They took my number and promised to call within 7 days but I never heard back. I informed my bank immediatedly. I am heartbroken that this counter business does not have the same practice as the stores in the mall that offers refunds on purchases. Premier Skincare II business has an unfair and deceptive refund policy. Customers who shop at Queens Center mall expect the same honest business practice as the other stores in the mall.Desired Settlement: premier Skincare II should refund the $675.06 to my credit card.
