Premier Shutters & Blinds of Va

We purchased 3 windows of Wood white painted plantation shutters from Premier shutters & Blinds/ Steve S. plantation Shutters & Window Fashions. I live in East Beach of Norfolk, VA. The shutters installed are poor quality and NOT real wood. I complained and forwarded over 20 pictures of issues with the 3 shutters to the owner of Premier. I was reassured replacement REAL wood shutters would be ordered from a company in Georgia and that those would be installed asap. Later I was informed Premier does not make 100% real wood shutters, yet they make a "hybrid" shutter that is a mix of faux/wood. After many emails over the last year, I have never received replacement shutters he promised but many emails stating delays from the manufacturer. Thankfully I'd only paid the required 1/2 deposit so I've wasted $600+. I will attempt to include pictures of the quality so that you can see yourself what you are purchasing. I would never purchase from this company again, nor recommend them.
