Premier Shirts

I ordered two Premiere Dress Shirts from the business concerned. I was billed $89. The shirts were received by me at which time I discover it was the wrong size. There was no return label, but nevertheless I shipped them back via UPS at my own expense. The parcel has been received by the business in question. I requested to have them replaced for a larger size; i.e. 5X. I have received no replacement or communication from them after several attempts. I then emailed and called requesting for refund because of the way I'm being treated I no longer wanted the shirts. They have refused to respond to my requests for a refund and as of to date received no refund. Asking for your personal intervention to resolve this matter. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
