I ordered beds and bed framesOne bedroom set turned out to be a platform bed and I did not need the second frame I have called and called to get a refund over a week period and Michael, the owner, has not done it yet He uses his cell phone for the business and does not take voice mailsHis phone is XXX-XXX-XXXX, but he will not answerI text him and he promises to call me back and take care of it It has not happened!! (He held the beds for me until I moved into my new house That is why the purchase date is in Delivery of the beds was March 30, 2018.)
