I had approved by my Insurance Company(Liberty Mutual) to repair the ceiling in my Florida room and stop the leakage caused by the roof as water came in over my electric stoveAbout a week or so after completion and having paid the contractor I had more water dripping on my electric stoveI put a
call into the contractor who was responsible and advised him that I still had water coming inI texted him and left voice mail for him and received no responseI caught him leaving his residence(same as business address) one day and he stated he would have someone over that Saturday and no one showedI caught him out in public a couple of times and the response was the same...I'll have someone over to fix...and it never materializedI just want the problem fixed and tired of getting the run-a-round.Consumer’s Desired Resolution:Just want the business to live up to their job and fix the job which still continues to persist
