On or about January 14, I found mold on my bathroom walls that were a result of a leak from an apartment above me Premier Restoration was referred for mold remediation Their service has been unprofessional I was told that it would take no more than days to fix the problem Walls were removed, vanity cabinets destroyed and removed and the toilet was removed Today, nearly days later, I still have no walls, the cabinets and sink have not been replaced and the toilet is still not replacedHowever, this complaint is focused on their invoice
Premier submitted a written estimate after the work above was complete to my insurance company to cover the work above and to complete the project It was approved by the adjusterLast week I received an invoice for the work to date It was for nearly $more than their estimate The estimate I received says it does not include “scope not covered for any unforeseen damage” however, none of the $2,overage apply:
