We do have to get permission from the owners for any repair over 200 dollars which this did involve. At the time we could not find an AC guy because they were all busy. We did offer to let the tenant out of the lease and give the deposit back but they refused and wanted to stay.

This was not a transaction involving our real estate company, [redacted] is an agent with us and he also has a property preservation company which is not affiliated with Premier. We do not manage that property
