Review: On the invoice, the builder charged me to replace style D drip edge on my entire roof. He didn't install it. This was verified by a roof inspector. The lack of drip edge left the wooden edges of my roof exposed to the weather and also allowed water to drip between the roof and gutter. The water then ran into my soffits, down into the siding and I even had water entering at my front door and damaging my tiles. The water would run onto my front porch and driveway and freeze at night into a very dangerous layer of black ice. Even though I sent the builder pictures of my roof with no drip edge and pointed out the problems it was causing, he refused to do anything about it. He said the gutter was faulty, which the roof inspector disputed. [redacted] no longer responds to my e-mails, phone calls or the two certified letters I've sent to him. I had the work done by another roofer and would like reimbursement from [redacted] at Premier Quality Homes, LLC.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the drip edge that was installed by another roofer, but that I had already paid for to Premier Quality Homes, LLC.
