we took over management of the Association it was reported to us that the Owner had a balance, the Owner called in to check his balance and we informed him that he had a balance which he disputed and we asked him to provide proof of such payment via canceled check which is very common and once he did and sent in the document showing he in fact did pay the previous management company his account was credited and the matter was closed We cannot control the information provided to us from a previous management company but again once proof was sent we took the proper action
