When I first moved into the property the place was dìrty. The place was supposedly cleaned by them. By far the dirtiest place I have ever rented. With work I travel alot. I found maintenance issues they were slow to respond. When I turned in my notice to move out I was given a letter of different charges they could deduct from my deposit if I left without cleaning. So I hired a professional house cleaner, had the carpets professional cleaned. But was still charged for light cleaning. Like other reviews I have seen, there policy was after I turned in the keys they would only then schedule a walk thru. I was told I would recieve my deposit back after 30 days of moveout. After patiently waiting for 30 days I called. Apparently only one person in that office handles refunds. I found they would screen my phone number to never answer and never call back after leaving messages It was only after I wrote I was hiring an attorney to get my deposit back after 3 months that I got a response. They claimed they my deposit previously but was returned sent the they finally returned my deposit.

Review: I tried to meet with someone from Premier to turn in the keys and have them go through the rental house with me to ensure everything was in order so I could get my $780 security deposit back. Well they said that they do not do that. I had to drop the keys off at the office and 30 days later they would issue the refund of my deposit. Well 5 weeks later I received a letter stating They charged me $400 for heavy cleaning and another $400 for paint and holes. I spent 18 hours cleaning that place and it was spic and span and as for holes, I patched them where a few pictures were hung and painted touch up where needed. The house looked and smelled clean. It was not even that nice when I moved in but I wanted to make sure I got my security deposit back. So when I received the letter and called the office, I was put thru to voice mail. Of course I was very upset and demanded my money back and proof that the house was left in poor shape. Nobody returned my call so I called back twice only to be hung up on and before they hung up said I have to file a complaint in writing. I plan on going to the magistrate and seek legal recourse. I hope that they never get to do this to anyone else!Desired Settlement: $800 in cleaning fees be credited back to to me.
