The we we were asked to perform we did. We told the customer at the time that all the plumbing under the sink was illegal and should be replaced. The customer told us at the time she did not have the money to do what we could to stop initial leak. She called back a month later and said there was...

another leak. We set 4 different appointments to return and she either canceled or she wouldn't answer phone. I then received a phone call from another plumber who was working at her house threating me about shoddy work that was performed in her kitchen and that he was going to report me and etc. What he didn't realize is I never installed all the illegal piping under sink . My plumber replaced a trap so she could use sink. I did offer to make good until I discovered that we hadn't installed the plumbing this gentleman was talking about. I left it at that and I realize that was an error in judgement but everyday somebody is trying to scam you or blame you for something you didn't do.     I will be happy to let you negotiate any settlement you see fit because my good name is more important to me than the price of a service call. I would have explained the situation to the other plumber had he not been so beligerent and threatening, I will wait for your response. [redacted]Master Plumber
