I hired ***, who runs this one truck company to install a new sink in my condo and to do some other plumbing After looking at the work to be done, the original estimate he gave me was $300-$even though other plumbers estimated would be their cost to install I decided to use him anyway since he has done work for other neighbors and they said he was reliable It took him hours (even with an assistant) to install the sink He claimed everything under the sink was wrong and needed to be changed He even found a reason to cut into the wall My old sink was fine, we just changed it for the color He did the install and a couple other small jobs (mins or so) and then gave me an invoice for over $600! Clearly, he priced everything at top dollar ($for PVC cement used???) and charged the highest possible price when he saw the property Do not hire this company His charges are outrageous!

I decided to use him anyway since he has done work for other neighbors and they said he was reliable. It took him 2.5 hours (even with an assistant) to install the sink. He claimed everything under the sink was wrong and needed to be changed. He even found a reason to cut into the wall. My old sink was fine, we just changed it for the color. He did the install and a couple other small jobs (20 mins or so) and then gave me an invoice for over $600!. Clearly, he priced everything at top dollar ($15 for PVC cement used???) and charged the highest possible price when he saw the property. Do not hire this company. His charges are outrageous!
