When tech arrived to home the homeowner already had the water shut off and stated that his pipes were frozen. Homeowner had torn out the drywall in the garage and had a propane heater blowing on the pipes to un-thaw them. Following protocol and procedure as expected by the warranty company whom...

Premier is contracted with, the tech reported this information to the warranty company and also to see if the homeowner would be covered for possible repairs, and at that time the tech was advised that the homeowner would not be covered, for they do not cover any repairs needed due to frozen pipes. Also per the homeowner's home warranty company, the deductible/service fee is due upon arrival/at start of service.
