We recently used Premier Parking while on a cruise, it was the worst experience....we were threatened by the person claiming to be a manager, we were seperated from our party, left at the port for over an hour, they took our keys and to top it off we were told if we didn't like the way we were being treated we could leave but not with our money we had paid to park thereThe customer service was some of the worst I've ever experiencedTruly they should not be in business
