This is a scamI have lived in TN my whole life and these guys built meters on every parking space in NashvilleThey have found Parking spaces that have been free for years and put up a sign that says pay the man or elseRidiculousThey sit in their cars and wait for you to walk away then run up and throw a ticket on it and run awayI bet their corporate is a bunch of ss

I parked in the Central church of Christ lot on Easter SundayThe charge for parking was 13$ Their system put a 26$ hold on my accountWhen I called to find out why this happened I was told that is just how they do it and one of the charges would drop off in a few days.When I asked for clarification the woman hung up on meI called back the next dayI am pretty sure I was speaking with the same personThis time I was told that it had nothing to do with them and it was on our bankI called my bank and was told that it was not them,it was the parking companyI am more inclined to believe the bankIt would be one thing if the machine had a sign saying we are going to hold twice as much money for as long as we legally can but it didn'tHow and why this company can do this is beyond meI will never use them again even if I have to walk blocks to avoid it

Security guard at church parking lot said I could park in lot for free & then was ticketed $from Premier ParkingExplained this to them on disputes website & still got rejectedI was not only car ticketed that night for getting permission from security guard! Premier Parking takes advantage of people who are not familiar with downtown area! Will NEVER recommend or use their lot again!!

My teenage son received a parking ticket from Premier. I called and explained that he was unfamiliar with the area and didn't see the meters. The customer service representative that I spoke with was very professional and dropped the amount of the ticket to the amount that my son would have paid for parking. Excellent customer service from this particular representative.
