On 11/15/ [redacted] *** placed an online order (# [redacted] ) and entered his shipping address as: [redacted] ***Hamilton, MT [redacted] USCustomer selected free standard ground shipping 11/21/The item was delivered to customer [redacted] noted it was given to customer 11/22/Customer contacted Battery Mart by email stating “What I received isn't what I ordered, I would like to returnI will send pictures if you would like so you can see what I received”The returns department requested pictures of the item [redacted] received The returns department contacted the customer by email stating the brand of battery pictured in the box did not come from our warehouse The brand is carried by [redacted] *** We have never carried the [redacted] brand and haven’t carried the part # [redacted] battery since December The battery pictured in the box is a filled wet acid battery If a wet acid battery had shipped there would have been significant spillage and obvious damage to the packaging materials and box We cannot and do not ship any battery filled with wet acid via standard ground shipping
