I am rejecting this response because: The precedent set by the new business owner was to accept previous gift certificates. Therefore since it was the policy of the business they should still do so or have posted clearly under new management, no longer accepting...

gift certificates purchased on or before December 15, 2013. Also the contact information provided for the previous owner was given to me only after considerable time in conversation with about this complaint. The phone number has been disconnected and therefore I cannot contact or attempt to get my funds returned through Gina the previous owner.

Review: The business is not well run. The new owners are no longer accepting gift certificates. The employees are rude and provide little information or help in ways you can redeem you gift certificates for services or money back.Desired Settlement: I have a certificate for $40 that I would like refunded or to be given a service exchange. The business honored the certificates when the owner first took over and recently stopped. This is a liability of purchasing a new business.
