Premier Nail Bar

The owner was very rude to me, *** It was a busy Friday afternoon and as people came in and asked how long the wait was, you could tell they didn't want to lose the business so they shuffled everyone to a seat. *** started my manicure, *** took over. 75% through my manicure, *** excuses himself and 10 minutes later I see him doing someone else's pedicure. When my concerns were brought up to the owner, he dismissed them saying things like, "you must not be from around here" or "you obviously don't know anything about running a business". There are nail salons on every corner in this area and for me to have been treated like a third world citizen is absolutely unacceptable. If they have cameras, you can see all of this unfold on 2/28/20. *** left me halfway through my mani at 2:06pm and I went and asked for assistance at 2:16pm. The rude encounter at checkout was about 2:35pm
