Yes, I have spoken with Christopher B*** regarding the problems with my vehicle The vehicle was sold AS IS and it is my fault for accepting the car without it being properly repaired at the time MrB*** made MANY promises that were not put in writing, so he is legally able to go back on what he stated about the brakes and the tire that was replaced I did talk to MrB*** and I was unable to take my car to his business at that time since he didn't know how long he would have my vehicle and I did not have another way to get to and from work I will contact MrB*** again and reschedule to take my car in to get the gauges fixed

HiI am responding to an complaint that was made against Top Choice Auto LLC on 04/04/The Chevy Trail Blazer was sold to a customer last June in Top Choice sold the car to the customer as, as they do all of there vehiclesTop Choice Auto did tell the customer that they would take
car of the gauges that do not work at the time of saleThere was also a front tire that was bad and was taken care of by Top Choice AutoThe customer states the tire is losing airThe customer was informed by Top Choice that she would need to take it to a tire shop and find out why it is losing airTop Choice does not have the ability to do so for the customerThe customer also states the brakes are having problemsWell at the point of sale the brakes were fineTop Choice Auto is not responsible for fixing brakes in no way but did inform the customer of what the problem may be and could not obtain the part to repair the car for the customer at the time, but customer is responsible for that issueThe customer went away for months after that incidentSince then the customer has made contact with Top Choice Auto again and the customer was told to drop the car off on a Thursday so that the gauges could be repairedThe customer said she would drop it off Wednesday night so it would be there on ThursdayThat was the last time Top Choice Auto heard from the customerNow we are at this pointWe also know that we are not responsible for taking care of a customers carAll sale are AS-IS, but we were still going to honor what was said at the time of sale, and that was to fix the gauges and get a tire changed on car which was done last yearWe have done all we can do.ThanksTop Choice Auto LLC
