?In reference to complaint #***I would like to rescind my last messageI would like to note that Premier Limousine Services LLC and I have come to a satisfactory agreement/settlement and that I would like to close the complaint as resolved between parties, and that I accept their response as is

I am rejecting this response because: Premier Limo's response was not a truthful statement and did not contain all of the facts of the events from the night of June 13th Regardless, in order to avoid court and legal fees we have reached a settlement with Premier
Limo and we are dropping this matterThough we have proof supporting our case, it makes no sense to spend a thousand plus dollars over only dollars being disputedTherefore I will no longer pursue this complaint
