appointment was agreed upon to complete the areas that were not pointed out, on my previous visit. That afternoon, I went to her home, the husband came out and informed me that her vehicle was not there, as agreed upon. The customer as I see it wants to set my prices and believes I am clairvoyant. Not being present for the follow up appointment was of no matter to the customer. Now not pleased with my as she saw it,my lack of accommodating her, and my now fee that was to much is when she became upset. The price for a house call is $150.00 discounted for a friend 33% =$100.00. The fee for second appointment which neither of them called to cancel was not increased. The fee I charged is in line with want I have been charging for years. She demanded a full refund, my offer of a further reduction in my fee was unacceptable. Upon not receiving one, she became difficult and stiill wanted reimbursment of the entire fee back. Needless to say we are no longer friends.I've been in business 20 years this is my first complaint
